| Schwieger, Merlot, Spring
Mtn District, Napa Valley, CA, 2002 |
Made in a signature style of a 'Cabernet drinker's Merlot.' It is unique being one of the few 100% varietally pure Merlots. The wine has a bright nose full of mixed berry and black cherry, with soft layers of cocoa, cedar, toast, hazelnut, and caramel. On the mouth, vibrant fruit shows off a richly layered mid-palate with a lingering finish. |

| Godolphin, Shiraz/Cabernet, Barossa Valley, Australia, 2005 |
In our continued effort to provide you with high quality wines at incredible prices, we offer the 2005 Godolphin. Usually retails for over $80, but we got an incredible deal. A blend of 80% Shiraz (from 85-year-old vines) and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon (from 60-year-old vines), was aged in 100% new oak. It represents a beautiful marriage of power and elegance, displaying an inky/blue/purple color as well as notions of black raspberries, blueberries, graphite, and sweet pain grille. Ripe, pure, and medium to full-bodied with sweet but noticeable tannin, it can be drunk now or cellared for 12-15 years. – 93 points, Robert Parker |

| Dragons Milk |
A New Holland Strong Ale
-
Dragons Milk is a 17th Century term used to
describe the strong beer usually reserved
for royalty. This strong ale was aged in Jack
Daniels oak casks for over 120 days. Hints
of bourbon compliment its roasted malts perfectly
to produce a beer that’s fit for a king!
