C.H. Berres, Ürziger Würzgarten, Riesling, Spätlese Mosel Saar Ruwer, Germany 1998

Here at Divani we continue to offer the very best with this Riesling being quite a find. Not a typo, this 1998 Riesling has spicy apples and a touch of petrol on the nose. Full on attack of granny smith apples hit the palate as the acids provide balance marrying fruit, dry spices, and honey sweetness. AN INCREDIBLE FIND!!

Joseph Phelps, Innisfree, Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa, CA, 2005

Joseph Phelps has made a name for himself producing stellar vintages of his high-scoring and high-priced proprietary blend, Insignia. Crafting such a high-quality wine means growing more than enough high-quality fruit, and extra barrels of quality fruit means the ability to bring you these bottles grown, tended, and crafted by the Phelps team at about 1/6 of Insignia's price! The grapes in this bottle are almost entirely Phelps Estate-grown, and carry flavors of black currant, coffee and mocha. An incredible value from a notable estate.

D'Arenberg, Cabernet Sauvignon, McLaren Vale, Australia 2004

The High Trellis has a typical young Cabernet Sauvignon attack on the nose; lifted violets, mint and capsicum Cabernet edges above a rich, ripe blackberry, plum and liquorice ash base. A smoky vanilla oak and cinnamon smell helps give the wine great complexity and longevity. On the palate, mouth filling sweet blackberries, plums and blackcurrant flavors are finely structured with firm fruit and oak tannin on the long, fresh young finish.

Arcadia - Jamaica Brand Red Ale- ABV 6.7%

Brewmaster Bob Smith's dream to open a small brewery began in the late seventies. Seeking knowledge and ingredients Smith joined with a small number of individuals who were laying the foundation of the craft beer movement in California. With a small group of investors Smith formed Mad River Brewing Company in 1989. A malty American Amber style ale, this mahogany hued ale brings an intense spectrum of hop flavors from the spicy aromatic to lingering bitter, all underscored by a full- bodied caramel richness.

Arcadia - Moondog ESB - ABV 5%

From its earliest beginnings, Great Lakes Brewing Company made an unwavering commitment to offer customers the most flavorful, freshest beer in the business by settling in a neighborhood that was once the heart of Cleveland's brewing industry. Established in 1988 by brothers Patrick and Daniel Conway, Great Lakes Brewing Company became the first microbrewery in the state of Ohio and today remains Ohio's most celebrated and award-winning brewer of lagers and ales. Extra Special Bitter: Originated in Britain in the 1700s, the term "bitter" always means pale or translucent in British terms. This style is also referred to as a session beer because its lower alcohol content allows one to consume more in a session.
