Divani Duo - Wine and Food Pairing

As many of you know, we are passionate about wine and food pairing. Starting January, we are going to feature two wines and pair a small plate with each wine. Here is the best part - when you buy a glass of the featured wine, you get the featured small plate on us. That's right. It's free, on us. You read it right. Why are we doing this? We want you to be passionate about it also, and the only way to do that is to taste it together. So come on in and let everyone know of this incredible experience.

Wine pairings for this month:

Red - Couchroy, Rouge (Cabernet/Merlot), Bordeaux, France - Braised veal cheeks, horseradish smashed potatoes, red wine reduction 

White - Couchroy, Blanc (Sauvignon Blanc), Bordeaux, France - Seared scallops, shaved endive, grapefruit beurre blanc.
