Here at Bar Divani, we take pride in using the most unique ingredients, using freshly squeezed juices and Michigan products whenever possible to enhance the flavors in our Martinis and Cocktails

Martinis

Number One 8
Tequila, triple sec, house-made sour, lime, sprite, garnished with a salt rimmed glass, and a lime wedge

Number Two 8
Citrus vodka, apple pucker, house-made sour and a cherry.

Number Three 8
Vodka, Melon liqueur, triple sec, OJ, house-made sour and an orange garnish.

Number Four 8
Vodka, triple sec, fresh lime juice, white cranberry juice and chilled grapes.

Number Five 8
Vanilla vodka, crème de strawberry and pineapple garnished with a vanilla sugar rimmed glass.

Number Six 8
Peach schnapps, vodka, peach nectar and topped with sparking wine.

Number Seven 8
"The Best Chocolate Martini Ever". Vanilla Vodka, white and dark godiva, Chocovine with chocolate garnish.

Hypnotiq, coconut rum and pineapple.

Blueberry vodka, triple sec, acai blueberry nectar and fresh blueberries.

The Raymer 7.5
Mike Raymer was one of the people that opened Bar Divani and he will forever be remembered. This is his drink, A shot of Jagermeister and a ice cold Schlitz beer.

Rimple's Folly 9
Domaine De Canton, Hendricks gin, chilled up with fresh ginger and cucumber.

The Traditional Caipirinha 9
Fresh limes, brown sugar muddled together and topped off with cachaca.

Little Miss Mary 9
Sauza Blanco, Pama liqueur, Cointreau and house-made sour garnished with a lime wheel.

Gin Swizzle 9
St. Germain elder flower liqueur, Hendricks gin, lemon, fresh mint and Angostura bitters, shaken on the rocks.

Best Bloody Ever 9
House-infused pepper tequila, Outlaw bloody mary mix garnished with a salt and pepper rimed glass and a pepperncini.

Little Birdy 9
Pisco, St. Germain elder flower liqueur, pineapple juice, grapefruit and lemon.

Dirty Sanchez 9
Sauza blanco, G. Boudier crème de cassis, Agavero tequilla liqueur, lime and ginger beer.

Asian Ginger Pear Cocktail 9
Domaine De Canton, Absolut pear vodka, lime and pear nectar.

H. P. Ginger Soda 9
Pimm's Cup, Hendricks gin, lemon and lime, ginger beer garnished with lemon, lime and a cucumber wheel.

A delicious blend of wine fortified with brandy, and fresh squeezed juices, your choice red or white sangria.

Provencal Lemonade 9
House infused Honey lavender vodka, lemon, simple syrup and rose water garnished with a lemon wheel.

Summer Moon 9
House infused Hibiscus ginger infused vodka, Soho lychee liquor, peach nectar and fresh lemon garnished with a lemon twist.

Edison 9
House infused Black pepper and sage gin, Benedictine, house sour and house-made maraschino cherry.

The Classics

Thousands of cocktails have been created since the first drink was mixed, but only a few have stood up to the test of time. From the 8th century Mint Julep and Eggnog to the Prohibition era Hurricane and Deauville Cocktail, these classics are just that - Classic. Many of these cocktails are still our favorites, are often called out in bars and will likely never be replaced.

In compiling this list, we have done our best to collect the original recipes. However, many of the drinks stories are disputed, some are rumors and some are just the current cocktail community's best guesses.

There are many cocktails which should be included here, but as with all the cocktail lists, this is an ongoing project and more drinks will be added in the future. Also note that many of the recipes have been adapted through the years and may not reflect the exact original recipe.

The Real Manhattan 10
Sazarac six year rye whiskey, Carpano sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters and garnished with a house-made maraschino cherry.

The Divani Old Fashioned 10
Makers Mark 46 bourbon, angostora bitters, raw sugar, garnished with a orange twist, MMMMMM BOURBON!

Van Gogh Cocktail 13
Vincent Van Gogh loved his absinthe. It made him crazy but he loved it. Enjoy this liquor in the traditional way.

Pegu Club Cocktail 10
This cocktail is an original from the 1930's and still one of the best. Tanqueray 10 gin, Cointreau, Angostura bitters and fresh lime shaken on the rocks.

Negroni 10
This is an "Old School" cocktail. Rimple says it "calms the stomach." Whatever! It is a tasty beverage. Plymouth gin, Campari, Carpano sweet vermouth and an orange peel garnish.

Sazarac Cocktail 10
Russels Reserve 6 year aged rye whiskey, raw sugar, Pernod wash, Peychaud's bitters and garnished with a lemon twist.

Blood and Sand 10
Johnny Walker Red Label, Fee brothers orange bitters, Heerings cherry liqueur, Carpano sweet vermouth and fresh orange juice, flamed orange peel.

Dark and Stormy 9
Goslings dark rum, ginger beer and lime, Straight forward and to the point.

Satan's Whiskers 10
Plymouth gin, Vya dry vermouth, fresh squeezed orange, Grand Marnier and Fee brothers orange bitters, shaken and served up in a martini glass with a house-made maraschino cherry. You must be carefull with this one.

Vesper 10
The first martini James Bond ordered in Casino Royale. Martin Miller gin, Stoli Elite vodka, Lillet and lemon peel for garnish.

Sidecar 10
Rynal VSOP Napolean brandy, Cointreau, raw sugar and lemon shaken with a house-made maraschino cherry garnish.

The Prospector 10
Martell VS conac, white crème de cacao, Green Chartreuse, Cointreau shaken up and lemon zest for garnish.

French 75 9
Boodles gin, lemon, sugar and sparkling wine.

Luxury Mojito 10
Tommy Bahama Golden Sun rum, angostora bitters, lime, mint and sugar topped off with bubbles.

The Margirita 10
Cazadores Reposado, Grand Marnier, lime, salt, on the rocks with a lime edge garnish.
